Andreas Adam | Pedeva

Andreas Adam is an actor, systemic coach, and psychologist (B.Sc.).

At the age of two, Andreas moved with his family from Romania to Germany. He grew up in Frankfurt am Main. The existential question of his own identity brought him to the theatre at an early age. He gained his first stage experience as part of the young ensemble at the Schauspielhaus Frankfurt.

After graduating from high school, Andreas moved to Berlin, where he completed his acting training in 2010 with a diploma. First engagements took him to the Maxim Gorki Theater and various Berlin off-stages. He acted in numerous feature films (including Kokovääh 2), TV series and commercials. As a moderator, he presented shows for BMW, Vodafone, and the Berlin Fashion Week.

At the age of almost 30, he decided not only to change roles on stage, but also in „real life“. Curious about people and what drives them, he trained as a systemic coach and studied psychology at the Goethe University in Frankfurt.

In addition to personality and motivational psychology, he focusses on team development, role clarification and organizational psychology. He supports people in their self-esteem and the awareness of their role within a team. Because awareness of the individual creates responsibility for the whole.

By studying psychology, Andreas was able to deepen his theoretical knowledge of human behavior. As an actor, it is the fascination of immersing himself in the role of others and giving them an expressive form. Andreas combines these different perspectives in a unique way for Pedeva as a trainer and coach.
