Birgit Hoffmann is an internationally experienced human relations expert with a focus on personnel and organizational development. She is an agile HR manager, systemic coach, and digital transformation manager with strong intercultural skills.

Born in Cologne and raised in the Rhineland, she completed a banking apprenticeship before studying international business administration in Germany, France, and Sweden.

During an internship in Bolivia, she was introduced to the concept of micro financing. Fascinated by this approach to poverty reduction, she took on responsibility in a project team building up banks with a focus on basic services all over Latin America, Europe and China.

In her more than 20 years with international companies, Birgit Hoffmann has acquired broad knowledge and practical experience in various HR areas. Her topics range from strategy and process design to the conception and implementation of development programs for managers as well as change management. The digitization of HR processes and the support of transformation projects are of particular importance to Birgit.

Birgit Hoffmann supports the growth of individuals, teams, and organizations, using her coaching and moderation skills, as well as her keen eye for strengths. She designs transformation processes holistically and sustainably. She sees her role as an expedition scout on an exciting journey to a sustainable company.
