Simon Reimold is a filmmaker, director and actor.

Born in Berlin, Simon initially studied acting and speech training as a master student of Helmut Schweiger at the Bruckner University in Linz. He appeared as an actor on the stages of Lucerne, Linz, Ulm and Stuttgart, among others.

From 2011 to 2014 he served as actor, director, and musician on the management team of the Pink Mama Theater in Bern. In 2019 he made his debut with the inclusive Heyoka Theater in Ulm as author and director of the play „SuperHelden“. The group has received numerous awards for its work.

For more than 10 years, Simon has been leading theatrical and voice workshops for the Academy of Fine Arts Munich, Anton Bruckner Private University Linz, Cultural Office Rhineland-Palatinate and the State Association for Cultural Education (LKB) Hessen.

His passion for storytelling on camera led him to the professional film business. As Antonin B. Pevny’s right-hand man and author, he has since made numerous commercials and music films for international brands and musicians such as Audi, Opel, Range Rover, Spotify, Grover, Herbert Grönemeyer, Die Toten Hosen and many more.

In 2020, Simon Reimold released his first 20-minute short documentary as film director and producer about his work with Heyoka. In 2021 he received film funding from the FilmFörderFonds Bayern (FFFB) for the production and direction of his feature-length documentary „Of Bees, Fools and People“.

Simon produces corporate and image films for Pedeva. With his empathetic nature, his practical experience both in front of and behind the camera, he knows how to present companies and their employees at their best.
